Announcing Fan of the Week Blog Series

We have said from the start that Heavy Hands is a fan driven company. That’s because this is a company run by fight fans and we want to do things that MMA fans will appreciate. In the next few days I’m going to launch a new blog series called the Heavy Hands Fan of the Week.

I have been a journalist for more than 12 years, and in that time I have learned that everyone has an interesting story to tell. The way Heavy Hands Fan of the Week will work is I will pick one fan at random each week, send you a questionnaire and post a story about you on our blog at www.heavyhands.com. This could be a great opportunity to promote shit if you are an amateur fighter, an artist, are in a band or are just a fucking attention whore like me. In addition to the blog, I’m also going to send the Fan of the Week a free Heavy Hands shirt.

I’m going to pick the Fan of the Week based on the comments you all put on our Facebook page. I basically have nothing better to do with my life but fuck around on Facebook, so I read a lot of the comments that are put on our page. I wish I could tell you the secret to getting picked, but there’s no science to this. I’m just gonna do it based on if something makes me laugh or even pisses me off.
